FOUNDER
Mariana Berger, PA-C
Mariana Berger, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant, USAF veteran, and founder of Freedom Wellness and Aesthetics, a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Delray Beach, Florida.
With more than a decade of clinical experience spanning internal medicine, hospitalist care, and emergency medicine, Mariana brings a strong medical foundation and safety-first approach to aesthetic and regenerative care. She specializes in advanced cosmetic injectables, biostimulators, skin rejuvenation technologies, hormone optimization, medical weight management, and wellness therapies — delivering natural, confidence-enhancing results through highly personalized treatment plans.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree from University of Southern California, Mariana served in the United States Air Force, where she developed the discipline, leadership, and service mindset that continue to guide her practice today. She later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Keiser University.
In addition to leading her growing practice, Mariana will proudly serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Physician Assistant Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University, mentoring and training future Physician Assistants starting in 2027. She views investing in the next generation of providers not just as an honor, but as a responsibility.
As a veteran, spouse of a first responder, mother, and entrepreneur, Mariana’s leadership is rooted in integrity, compassion, and excellence — building a practice where elevated aesthetics meets whole-body wellness.

She has received national injector training as well as exclusive training in the Reverse Aesthetics signature style, ensuring her treatments reflect both clinical excellence and the artistry that defines the brand. Morgan’s goal is to enhance each client’s natural features with subtle, youthful results that look refreshed—not overdone.
In addition to her expertise with injectables, Morgan is skilled in using advanced laser treatments, radiofrequency microneedling, and other cutting-edge technologies to refresh and rejuvenate the skin. She loves creating personalized treatment plans that combine these tools to improve skin tone, texture, and overall radiance — while enhancing and maintaining injectable results.
